a rather average experience
limited variety
waiting became a bit of a hobby. i suspect several were out of service ,because it took ages, even when it wasn't peak time. and breakfast ? well ,it could have been a bit more adventurous. the variety felt limited ,if i'm being polite.

comfortable bedfriendly staffweak wifi
i found the room quite spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed. the shower had both hot water and strong pressure. the staff were very friendly when i checked in, and the breakfast selection seemed plentiful. i was very happy with my room upkeep .
i found that the wifi signal was very weak in the room. i could only connect when i was in the hotel lobby. this made it hard to get some work done.

the breakfast offered a great choice with a friendly hostess. i enjoyed the pleasant breakfast ambience each morning and found plenty to eat, including both local and western options.

the hotel is near bukit bintang and petronas towers. walking took only 10 minutes to bukit bintang and 15 minutes to petronas towers. the location felt secure and central.

there are vending machines in the lobby. these machines sell drinks and snacks around the clock. the hotel has a fitness center.

the front desk staff were amazing and polite. one staff member in particular was helpful during check in. he also provided great advice.

The breakfast offered variety and I appreciated the grab-and-go option for busy mornings. Its location is NEAR the monorail station, AND the Pavilion mall is within walking distance. I found the smooth check-in process very convenient after arriving late at night FOR a company meeting nearby.

The hotel provided a superb location close to jalan raja mono rail, with access to kl central. Family mart and mcdonald's were nearby, providing convenient options. I appreciated the walking distance to bukit bintang and jalan alore. The prompt reception staff gave me an upgrade , a welcome surprise.
